High Intensity Interval Training
Hiit – HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Boxing Fitness Training
Boxing Fitness Training benefits anyone craving a higher intensity total body workout. Each class consists of a variation of cross-training boxing (utilizing heavy bags and weights), 1-on-1 pad punching, cardio boxing, intense ab workout, strength training, plyometrics, and more!
Check out our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs. Classes are available for advanced and beginner students. Classes are held every Wednesday through Saturday.
Kids Martial Arts
It’s important to make sure our children get their daily exercise but with our Kids Martial Arts program you can also be assured they will learn vital values such as confidence, respect, and discipline. Classes are available for both beginners and advanced kids and are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Group Fitness Classes
Our Group Fitness Classes are taught by certified group fitness instructors and include classes like Thump Fit, Boxing Bootcamp, Boxing/Striking, Self Defense, Yoga and Zumba,
SilverSneakers is a fitness program for seniors that helps people of all abilities led by our SilverSneakers trained instructors. Our program will improve your health and fitness.
